WHY WOULD I GAIN WEIGHT ON PURPOSE?
I used to think health and fitness was just working out and eating healthy food until I gained 75 pounds on purpose. This journey gave me a great deal of empathy for what some of my clients go through when they try to lose weight.
Since that experience I have helped thousands of people lose weight and achieve their health goals. I have also had people tell me that they can’t lose weight because of their age, so I wanted to show people that health and weight loss are achievable by starting the weight loss portion of my journey as a 40 year old.
Whether your old or young, male or female, skinny or fat, I invite you to follow my Fit2Fat2Forty journey and take the necessary steps to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Get caught up on what you missed along the way over on my YouTube channel! I share my weekly weigh-ins and share insights on how gaining and losing weight affected me mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically!
