HOW DOES THE BACK2FIT 2.0 PROGRAM WORK?
The Back2Fit 2.0 program is still the same great program that Drew followed to lose over 60 pounds in 4 months, but when you join you will be on the same day as everyone else.
We found this community aspect so powerful in helping people achieve their goals in the Back2Fit program last year so we wanted to make than an even stronger feature of the program moving forward.
This also means that if you have friends, family, or others that want to start the program, they will be doing all of the same things as you.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
The program costs between $29 and $299 a month depending on what level your sign up choose. As much as we would love to see you stick around, if things aren’t working out for you, you may cancel at any time.
WHEN DOES MY PROGRAM START?
The program launches January 3rd.
You will be able to log into the app immediately after purchasing and begin your journey!
You may also start the program at your convenience by following the PDFs that are emailed to you after purchasing.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This program has been created to work for a very broad audience. Since everyone’s circumstances are different we have created different levels of the program to meet your needs.
Also included with the program is access to a private community where you can ask specific questions and a member of our team or the Fit2Fat2Fit community will be able to help you out.
We are in this together!
WHERE DO I FIND THE RECIPES FOR THE PROGRAM?
A one week meal plan was emailed to you when you signed up. Use those recpies for your first week.
Each week we will send you new recipes, shopping lists, and the meal plan in the messages section of the app.
ARE THERE SPECIFIC MALE/FEMALE PLANS?
Yes, you will receive meal plans for both men and women. Since no two people are the same, we will also teach you how to modify the meal plan for your specific caloric needs.
You will also have access to the private group where you can ask questions and get answers throughout the duration of the program.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION?
Please review all ingredients and consult your physician if needed.
If you dislike certain foods like avocados, eggs, fish etc. just feel free to substitute them for any other meat that you enjoy or you can always eliminate them completely so you don’t hav to eat them.
Feel free to ask people in the Back2Fit Facebook group what they substitute for certain foods because chances are you’re not the only one.
DO I HAVE TO EAT SO MUCH FAT?
No you don’t have to eat so much fat. If you’re full then don’t eat anymore. No need to force feed yourself if you’re already full.
I HAVE A HEADACHE/FEEL SICK/EXHAUSTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’re feeling like you have a headache, exhausted that’s a sign that you’re experiencing the keto flu. If you’re experiencing this that’s ok, but here are my hacks: Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, taking in lots of salt (5-8g per day), and our Complete Wellness BHB’s help: https://completewellness.com/
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS TAKE?
Not much at all! Everything can be done at a time that is convenient for your schedule. Plan on about an hour per day between the exercises and progress tracking.
WHAT SWEETENERS ARE OK?
Drew’s approved sweeteners are stevia, allulose, erythritol and monk fruit.
WHAT IF I'M NOT TECH SAVVY... CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
YES! All you need to participate is a smartphone. We will help you every step of the way to make sure you are comfortable and understand how to get what you need out of the program.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
Although results depend on what ultimately goes into your body, our clients see the benefits of the keto diet, including better mental cognition, more energy, and weight loss within their first week.
WHAT IF I DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT?
Keto has a variety of benefits aside from losing weight. These include lowering triglycerides, reduce the risk of heart disease, reduce blood sugar levels, and improving cholesterol levels. The ketogenic diet has been used for decades to help those with epilepsy, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s disease.
ISN'T KETO UNHEALTHY?
Keto can be unhealthy if it isn’t done properly. Our coaches have been trained and given the tools needed to make sure you are doing keto the RIGHT WAY. Our meal plans and shopping lists will help you fuel your body with healthy fats and avoid processed and unhealthy foods.
Will I have access to the meal plans and workouts that I have received once I cancel my membership?
As part of your subscription you are paying to have access to our app, where the meal plans and workouts are housed. If you choose to cancel your membership you will no longer have access.
You may download the meal plans whild your membership is still active if you want to always have access to them.
How does the Back2Fit program differ from the older programs Drew has?
This program is the same program that Drew did when he did his Fit2Fat2Forty journey! It has all new meal plans and workouts than his previous programs. It also is built all inside a great app that helps you track all your metrics!
