GOOD DIETS GONE BAD!
On my journey of going from Fit 2 Fat I will be exposing some of the popular diets that exist today, and show people the common pitfalls and mistakes that people make when attempting to lose weight through these diets. Follow along to learn the do’s and don’ts and how to maximize the effectiveness of each of these diets!
Sept. 28th – Oct. 4th
During this week I will be teaming up with my friend Thomas Delauer to show you what foods you shouldn’t eat while doing keto.
Oct. 5th – Oct. 11th
I will be working with paleo expert Mark Sisson who will teach me the common mistakes people make while doing the paleo diet.
Oct. 12th – Oct. 18th
Darren and Danielle Natoni will be coaching me through this week on what not to eat while sticking to a vegan diet.
Why would I do this again?
I used to think health and fitness was just working out and eating healthy food until I gained 75 pounds on purpose. This journey gave me a great deal of empathy for what some of my clients go through when they try to lose weight.
Over the next 8 months, many things will happen that I cannot anticipate. But the one thing that is guaranteed is that I am going to gain 60 pounds in four months! What I hope also happens is that I lose 60 pounds in the following four months, but you never know. I am ten years older now than when I did my first Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit journey.
I invite you to follow along as I go on this journey from Fit 2 Fat 2 Forty. It will be emotional, entertaining, and inspirational.
What’s The PLAN?
This is when the journey begins. I will stop exercising and eat a standard American diet.
I turn 40! By this date I plan to have gained 60 pounds! This is when I will be at my heaviest.
The Weight Loss Begins! I invite ALL OF YOU to join me as I lose the weight again.
The last day of the journey! I will be celebrating a healthier me along with the thousands of you who participate!
