Michael E. Cobble, MD, is the director and a family practice physician at Canyons Medical Center in Sandy, Utah. Alongside his work in clinical patient care, Dr. Cobble is engaged with clinical research, medical education, and he has published articles on topics such as pathophysiology and treatment of diabetes and dyslipidemia. Dr. Cobble will be working closely alongside Drew to monitor his health as he embarks on his Fit2Fat2Forty journey. In this episode – recorded live in the clinic – Drew sits down with Dr. Cobble to discuss Drew’s health, genetics, bloodwork, and metabolic tests in order to establish a “baseline” that can be referenced as Drew gains weight. This will allow everyone who is following the journey to see how weight gain affects the body, even in such a short period of time. Hear how healthy Drew is currently, Dr. Cobble’s predictions, and more in this week’s episode!
