The 7 training modules  of our coaching program

We have taken this program and split it into seven different learning modules. Each module contains video training by Drew Manning, text resources, and an assessment to test your knowledge on the content. Upon completion, all participants will receive a Fit2Fat2Fit Complete Keto Certificate of completion, a 100 page reference guide that contains the information found in the modules, and access to our CK30 program so you can further augment the experience of your and your client’s weight loss journey.

WHAT IS KETO?

If you are taking this keto coaching course, you probably have some idea of what the ketogenic diet is. But there is so much more to keto than eating high fat and low carb. In this module I will teach you exactly what keto is, how it was founded, and it’s numerous benefits. Trust me, there are so many more benefits to keto than just a tool to lose weight.

KETOGENIC DIET 101

Now that you have a solid foundation of exactly what the ketogenic diet is and the many benefits it provides, let’s dive into how this lifestyle works. In this module I will teach you appropriate macronutrient breakdowns, the different type of ketone bodies, how to test ketones, and how to avoid a common mistake made on this lifestyle. 

Do KETO THE RIGHT WAY

I am going to break it to you now, keto is NOT about eating all the bacon, butter, and cheese. There is a lot of misinformation out there that has given keto a bad rap. In this module I am going to bust all the myths of keto, drop some serious truth bombs on you, and arm you with how to properly follow this lifestyle. We will also go over the top 3 things that are keto diet MUSTS and if followed, can actually make going into this lifestyle so much easier.

KETO FOOD

Congratulations! You now know how to do keto the right way, so now what do you eat? The good news is this module is all about food. I am going to go over what sets the Complete Keto approach apart from traditional keto, fill you in on some foods to avoid, and dive into one of the hottest questions asked when it comes to keto. Can you have alcohol and can you ever have carbs again? I answer those and more in this module.

THE WORKOUTS

So you know the what, you know the how and you know what to eat. Now how should you exercise and coach your clients when it comes to working out? In this module I break down my CK30 workout program and teach you how to measure progress a little differently when it comes to your clients.

TRANSFORMATION

This module is what separates my Keto Coaching program apart from all the others out there. Every other program will teach you the how and the why, but I teach you how to actually make the how and why STICK with your client. Time after time clients have come to you to help them change their lifestyle. Then time after time again they fall off the wagon or stop coming completely. Perhaps you have even experienced this yourself. In this module I am going to give you the tools to help truly transform your clients from the inside out. I am going to teach you empathy and how to truly connect with your clients. Get ready, we’re about to do some work.

SUPPLEMENTS

Supplementing on Keto In this final module I am going to teach you how to supplement the ketogenic lifestyle. We are going to go over my Complete Wellness line of supplements and how to incorporate them into your coaching program. I will show you each item and teach you the benefits and to use them as a tool with your clients.
