TESTIMONIALS
What others say
“I would not be the strong, self-confident woman I am today if it were not for Kwame. In the gym, Kwame taught me to be an elite athlete, but he also taught me something that is instilled in my being. Something every woman needs to learn, and every woman needs to teach their daughters right now. Kwame taught me how to protect myself.”
“Kwame is everything you need in a coach and in my case, a father as well. He is there to lift you up & make you realize your potential/self-worth. Kwame has never been into coaching to get the eyes on him, instead, he does it to help young people feel like they have a chance in this world.“
“Kwame is an amazing coach. Not only does he focus on fundamentals and solid technique, he also personalizes training sessions with specific fighters in mind. Instead of a one size fits all approach, Kwame helped identify my personal strengths and focused our sessions to enhance those aspects“
