Daily Chow - 10/3/11
Since I have a lot of new followers, I decided to throw in a day in the life of the foods I'm eating during my
fit to fat stage. I think a lot of people assumed I was living off of fast foods, kind of like the guy from Super Size Me, but like I've said before I'm mostly living off of the "typical American diet". Obviously, I do one extreme
food challenge per week, which isn't "average", but these other foods are. Here's exactly what I ate yesterday:
- 8:00am - I big bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and few small sips of my wife's spinach shake!
- 10:00am - 2 handfuls of goldfish crackers and 1 large glass of Pepsi Max
- 11:30am - 1 big bowl of white angel hair pasta, with 4 cheese marinara sauce and 1 small glass of Pepsi Max
- 12:00pm -1 small package of swiss rolls
- 3:15pm - 1 peanut butter and honey sandwich on white bread
- 6:00pm - 1 large plate of white rice and bbq chicken
- 7:30pm - A few pieces of licorice
- 9:30pm - Small bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
