MENS
CARDIO
- 30 minutes of long slow distance cardio (Your choice of cardio equipment i.e. treadmill, elliptical, bike, stair stepper, etc.)
- Stretch out legs after workout. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
WOMENS
CARDIO
- 30 minutes of long slow distance cardio (Go for a slow jog outside or a fast paced walk or for a bike ride)
- Stretch out legs after workout. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
